Your first step is simple: Check out the home page of this site to see updates about acceptance of new patients or not. If accepting patients then click on link and schedule.

2. Fill Out Paperwork

Before your first visit we ask that you fill our patient intake forms as well as billing information. Request appointment and you will receive a confirmation email that will have a link to the forms to be completed online. 

3. Intake Appointment

You can expect the following at your first appointment:

• Get to know your therapist
• Share your background information
• Help your therapist identify the appropriate level of care for your individual sessions
  
• Work with your therapist to develop a treatment plan
